Imagine the air going to the bottom of your belly, and control in and out. Engage your core.
Make sure you use the entire set of beats to breathe in and out, don't suck/blow quickly and then hold your breath!• Pant (like a dog) or HA HA HA to feel your diaphragm/abs engage.
• Lying down, put book/cat on diaphragm and breathe deeply in and out.
In = stomach expands and book goes up, out = stomach and book come back down.

• Farinelli exercise: Breathe in for 6 beats, out for 6. In for 7, out for 7. In for 8, out for 8, etc.
Go to 10 at first, then try to build up to 15 or 20.
• "tss" and "shh" either held (tssssssss) or in bursts (tss tss tss tss), in for 4 beats, out for 8/12/16/20. Make sure they are even all the way.
