Go through the first two systems with each hand individually (don't worry about joining them together just yet), but also add the pedal if you can. This one is all about counting the dotted notes, let's think about everything in quavers:
Dotted Crotchet :crotchet:.
three half beats

Crotchet :crotchet:
two half beats

Quaver :quaver:
half of a beat
The 3/4 time signature tells us there are 3 (top number) crotchet beats (bottom number) in each bar, so we will be counting "one and two and three and" for each bar (a count for every quaver / ti-ti: :quavers: :quavers: :quavers: or :quaver: :quaver: :quaver: :quaver: :quaver: :quaver:)

First bar: :crotchet:. / :quaver: / :crotchet:
(read like this:) :quavers: :quaver: / :quaver: / :quaver: :quaver:
1+2 / + / 3+

Second bar: :quavers: :crotchet: :crotchet:
1 + / 2+ / 3+

Third bar: :crotchet: :crotchet:. :quaver:
(read like this:) :quaver: :quaver: / :quaver: :quaver: :quaver: / :quaver:
1+ / 2+3 / +

Fourth bar: :quaver: :quaver: :crotchet:
(read like this:) :quaver: / :quaver: :quaver: :quaver: :quaver: :quaver:
1 / +2+3+

SORRY THIS IS MESSY, HOPEFULLY IT MAKES SENSE 88- 88-
